it comes to picking a time of year and the day
of the week. Saturday evenings in Spring/Summer
are always going to be the most expensive day
and the most popular.
If you are having a cocktail reception it is
a good idea to make sure you have chairs and tables
for people to sit at and rest drinks on. Also,
keep in mind that some of your older guests may
need to sit during most of the event.
Work closely with your Wedding Coordinator at
your venue and get them as involved in the planning
of your day as possible. They will often be able
to make suggestions of things that will especially
